Domestic Violence, workplace violence, stalking, issues of violence haunt us at home and at work. Often the workplace
becomes the location where violent acts are played out, a location where victims should feel safe. Businesses often overlook
the importance of keeping an up to date policy on workplace violence, domestic violence, and stalking. Studies show that few
employees know their policies while statistics indicate 30,000 - 40,000 employees are injured on the job by someone they
know. Do your employees know the relevant policy or what help is available? Do you know your employers policies on
domestic violence, workplace violence, or stalking?
